About my approach
I believe everyone is trying their best, and I’ve seen the difference therapy can make in people’s lives. Working with adults, couples, and teens, I focus on articulating and building on your strengths and your own resiliency. I understand the pressure and pace of high-stress careers and academics, and I can offer a grounded, practical lens. I am neuro-affirming and enjoy working with neurodivergent people. No one needs to walk alone, no matter who you are or what you’re going through.
